A portfolio of work I produced for my final year at Uclan. Included is a selection of the final spreads from a pair of children’s books I have created about a human and an alien who are best friends. The theme of both books is friendship. The first book ‘The Alien Who Came To Stay’ is about an Alien being a fish out of water on earth coming to stay at a human boys house, not understanding how to do anything humans do. The sequel ‘Sleepover in Space’ is about the human boy now being the fish out of water as he goes to the Alien’s world.
