The Power and Production Pavilion is located beside the New Square and houses a gallery exhibiting the work of Building Design Partnership (BDP) The 'Partnership Timeline' theme for my project focuses on the practice's strength in 'working together.' The pavilion design represents the growth and development of the partnership and union together in minutes, days, months and years. The final model includes two hubs forming four sections, two move position and rotate with time and the other two remain stationary. The movable and static parts form a whole to illustrate the system, group, society and community that links us harmoniously as an effective mechanism. Black Lives Matter also form part of the whole partnership of humanity in the common goal of progress and my Power and Production Pavilion celebrates that ambition in that working in a 'Partnership' we can eventually see CHANGE WITH TIME.
